  • 1 pint size zip lock bag
  • 1 gallon size zip lock bag

Put the sugar, half and half, and vanilla extract in the pint size zip lock bag and seal it. Put the salt and ice in the gallon sized bag, then place the sealed smaller bag inside as well.   • 2 mangoes
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 4 tbs softened butter
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 tbs instant espresso
  • 1/8 tbs salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tbs vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cop chopped pecans
  • 2 ounces chopped semi sweet chocolate

In a large heavy saucepan mix the sugar, cornstarch, espresso and salt than add the milk and whipping cream slowly. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.  Whisk the egg yolk than gradually add 1 cup oh the hot cream mixture. Add the yolk mixture into the remaining hot cream mixture. Whisk in the vanilla beans paste and let it cool. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 8-24 hours. In the meantime preheat the oven to 350F and bake the pecans for about 8 minutes. Let them cool. Pour chilled cream mixture into freezer container of a 1 1/2-qt. electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. When ready stir in pecans and chocolate than put in an airtight container and freeze.
